The class will be held on Sunday, May 24th, 2015, from 1:00p.m. until 3:00p.m. at the Seaside Center for Spiritual Living located at 1613 Lake Drive, Encinitas, Ca. 92024, phone is 760-753-5780.  Please bring a mat or blankets to lie upon and comfortable clothing.

This class is fun. "Animated Laughter with Feelings" class is grounded in the circular healing breath.  We learn the attitude of applying connecting, accessing, and going into feelings/emotion upon the repetitive inhale and the attitude of surrender upon the exhale by triggering the funny bone with a variety of techniques.  In addition, the class includes the components of bio-energetic exercises, silent, guided meditation, sacred sanskrit music, and sharing.  The methodology is a treasure because upon discharging emotion we secrete a myriad of hormones into the blood stream, cleanse the self of dissonant emotion, and connect with self and a higher power.  The book "I Dare to Heal with Laughter" reflects the method in detail.  There is a brief video of the technique on just write in animated laughter with feelings.  The fee for the two hour class is $20.00.  Please bring a friend.  Please sign up either just prior to the class or on-line at the Seaside Center for Spiritual Living website.

It is almost one year since I was diagnosed with cancer. As I healed in the months of April and May of 2014 the flower agapanthus began to bloom just in front of my home.  I considered its blooming a reflection of the healing I was undergoing.

The agapanthus flower is nicknamed the Lily of the Nile and originates in the Country of South Africa. It normally blooms in shades of blue and the color of white.  Turquoise is the color for the healing of cancer.  However, I considered the blooming of the Lily of the Nile to be a shade of blue resembling turquoise.  It was spiritually symbolic of my healing.

What made the blooming of the agapanthus so unusual was the fact the the agapanthus bloomed mainly at my front door.  There is a corridor of green extending a considerable distance from the clubhouse to the end of the narrow enclave in my what I consider a village.

I walk this green tree filled corridor many mornings passing bushes, eucalyptus trees, bougainvillea flowers, and grassy areas.  However, it was only at my front door that the agapanthus appeared.

I experienced great joy and celebrated its blooming.  Still, one year later after my diagnosis I am free of the cancer.
