Learning to Embrace the Manifestations of Emotional Release

Learning to Embrace the Manifestations of Emotional Release

The manifestations of Emotional Release include on-going yawning, e-longated yawn, tearing, sobbing, hot, cold sweats, shaking, teeth chattering, anger releases in verbal sound, body language, and use of towels, (as instruments to release our anger), animated laughter, and (it's under my skin) scratching. Why learn the manifestations of emotional release. We learn them because after, after, using them we not only feel better, we also clear out the emotion that gets in our way to think through a stressful, hurtful or traumatizing event that blocks our ability to think clearly and function in a healthier and more dynamic way.

I want to emphasis that a key to using the manifestations of emotional release is to allow and permit oneself to release, release, release enough of the pain energy. When we have released enough, then we can better think clearly.

There is a movement that must take place into, into this state of consciousness. We must have the will, the willing, and the willingess to shift into the use of the manifestations of emotional release. Basically, we must acquire "the safety" within to practice them. Peer Counseling is a vehicle or practice to learn and embrace the manifestations of emotionally release, http://www.rc.org/.
Once we have acquired the safety and have embraced the manifestations of emotional release, it's then the effective/efficient use of the release of our dissonant energies can take place. Our intimate loving relationships, and other relationships can improve.

Connecting with An Infants Innate Joyfulness!

Connecting with An Infants Innate Joyfulness!

I'm a practitioner of my own creation "Animated Laughter with Feelings". I'm connected to a core primal innate joyfulness. This evening I was at the home of a family who have an infant boy. The boy is less than one year of age. I connected by eye contact and a primal joyful laugh with Baby Zev! We connected and laughted, laughted, laughted together in a primal innocent, and heart fate way.

We connected with each other in a spiritual way and manifested a spiritual joyful laugh that tiggered others at the table to just join in! We just permitted ourselves to express ourselves naturally without restraint! Totally unhibited with zest!

He was the cutist thing with his eyes sparkling and with his two little teeth showing as his two rosy cheeks turned red and his smile turned to unrelentless joy. The baby infant then would turn to me from time to time, grin, begin to smile, and allow and permit himself to unlesh cosmic laughter that would send others at the table into hysterics. I truly wish that others experience the same instantaneous cosmic laughter as well! It's definitely good for soul, healthy for the spirit, medicinal for the heart, and necessary for hormonal flow. It's also good for healing and excellent in improving your relationship with your significant other!

I definitely recommend "Animated Laughter with Feelings" as a prerequisite for any connection with instantaneous cosmic laughter before going to dinner with an infant one year old. It can be found on youtube.com, just write in "Animated Laughter with Feelings", find a blanket or mat and go with the flow of the breath. P.S. Inhibitions not allowed!

Creativity

Creativity

I write about the ten components of the self, mental, emotional, physical, creative, social, heart, soul, intuitive, spirit, and the spiritual. The creative component of the self is often undeveloped by most people. However, it is the spice of everyones' life. It's the creative where the imagination expands and thrives. Our flexible intelligence is essential to expanding our imagination and expanding therefore our creative faculty.

Once we trigger our creativity through emotional stimulation an energy is created that expands and amplyfies its growth. The emotional is the fluid that oils the creative expansion of the self. The emotional personal growth is the cornerstone of creative expansion. When we feel good, when we feel "alive", when we feel happy and joyful our creative faculty thrives like a sunflower opening to the sun in the sky. When our creativity flourishes, emotionally we experience a joyful high.

When you release, let go of, relinquish, and trasmit energies within yourself, a stimulation of the hormones, a stimulation of the emotional component results and your creative juices begin to flow!

Please consider the next time you are creating something in your life. It could be just giving birth to a baby. Tell me how does it feel? Please put aside the pain for a moment. Please consider the next time you are writing a story and all the parts just seem to fall into place. How does it feel? Please consider when you do your passion and creativity flourishes. It's a creative high! It's a natural creative high!

Please check out my website at www.idaretoheal.com and purchase my books, "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love", and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power". I'll be available for counseling other on their co-dependent issues in two weeks. Please check out the video "Animated Laughter with Feelings" and allow and permit yourself to join the group and make all the noise you need to.

Warning - The Scam

Warning - The Scam

My close relative was scammed out of $6000 to $8000 dollars recently by a person who claimed to be my nephew! Somehow, "the person" was able to use my nephews profile and claim that he was in jail and that he needed sums of money to free himself. My relative who is elderly was just convinced, just convinced that my nephew was talking over the phone. She continually stated that "it sounded like him". I convinced her that it wasn't my nephew and that in fact it was a scam. My relative claimed that "the person" convinced her not to tell anyone about their conversation. Well, the $6000 to $8000 dollars is not easy to hide. The family took significant measures to make sure that large sums of money should not be withdrawn in the future.

Well, it wasn't my nephew and my relative ended up wiring the large sum of money to this person in Montreal, Canada.

This post is a warning to those seniors who read this blog. Please do not allow or permit yourself to be scammed by those who claim to be relatives.

Personally, I was upset by the scam and accessed my feelings of anger and released, relinquished, and let them go. I was then able to approach the situation by phoning the banks and permitting the police to do the investigation.

Please check out my website at www.idaretoheal.com and purchase my two books, "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love", and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power". Please check out my video as well on youtube.com by writing in "Animated Laughter with Feelings" Permit and Allow yourself to feel your feelings by participating in the group experience. 1,224 or 7%

1,224 or 7%

The newspaper today states more American Soldiers are receiving Medical Mental Discharges because of PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). My greatest compassion goes out to the men and women suffering from PTSD.

People with PTSD re-experience the event again and again in at least one of several ways. They may have frightening dreams and memories of the event, feel as though they are going through the experience again (flashbacks), or become upset during anniversaries of the event.
Symptoms of PTSD fall into three main categories:

1. Repeated "reliving" of the event, which disturbs day-to-day activity
Flashback episodes, where the event seems to be happening again and again
Recurrent distressing memories of the event
Repeated dreams of the event
Physical reactions to situations that remind you of the traumatic event

2. Avoidance
Emotional "numbing," or feeling as though you don’t care about anything
Feelings of detachment
Inability to remember important aspects of the trauma
Lack of interest in normal activities
Less expression of moods
Staying away from places, people, or objects that remind you of the event
Sense of having no future

3. Arousal
Difficulty concentrating
Exaggerated response to things that startle you
Excess awareness (hypervigilance)
Irritability or outbursts of anger
Sleeping difficulties

You also might feel a sense of guilt about the event (including "survivor guilt"), and the following symptoms, which are typical of anxiety, stress, and tension:

Agitation, or excitability
Dizziness
Fainting
Feeling your heart beat in your chest (palpitations)
Fever
Headache
Paleness

Copied from Mediline Plus a service of the National Institute of Health, National Library of Medicine.

I write about the use of "Animated Laughter with Feelings" as a methodology to transcend the body armor the Freudian Defenses, denial, rationalization, repression, projection, reaction formation, regression, displacement, identification and sublimation and "access" the intensity of feelings reflection of the range of emotions, anger through rage, fear through terror, and sadness through grief. My research as proven that "Animated Laughter with Feelings" is an effective/efficient method to address the underlying emotions and begin the healing process.
When a person suffers from PTSD talk, cognitive therapy is just not enough. It's helpful but the symptoms are triggered again and again and again. When the underlying feelings reflective of the emotions are accessed and released, relinquished, let go of, and tramsmitted out of the body than healing of PTSD in fact, in real terms, occurs.

Certainly, both talk, cognitive therapy and "Animated Laughter with Feelings together as well as bio-energtic exercises, meditations, body work, reiki contribute to the resolution of the issue.
Please check out my website, http://www.idaretoheal.com/ and purchase my books, "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love", and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power". How "I Dare to heal" and find..........

How "I Dare to Heal" and find ........
.
The answer to the above question is challenging for Humankind. How "I Dare to Heal" and find love, beauty, grace, joy, peace, happiness, kindness, and detachment from outcome is by daily staying connected to my core spirit!

It's certainly easier said than done. It's a no brainy that my "I am" is challenged on a daily basis by small and big upsets. It's how I address them. It's the emotional processing of the small and big upsets that makes the difference for me. I do the processing well! I'm proactive. I have the emotional tools to succeed. I encourage again, and again all others to have "your" emotional tool box as well. It's a necessity of life. It's impossible to stay connected to my core spirit, my "chi" energy, my connection with the universal spirit without my maintaining my connection with my core spirit. It's significantly difficult to find the above qualities within, without having access to the necessary human emotional tools. My positive attitude results from doing the processing of the feelings reflective of my emotions.

It's impossible to heal and find contentment, love, beauty, grace, joy, kindness, detachment from outcome, without having my emotional tool box that I venture into on a daily basis. It's just common sense. I use it daily and encourage others to use it for themselves daily "as well".

Please check out my website at www.idaretoheal.com and purchase my books, "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love", and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power". I counsel others on co-dependency issues and will be available after my healing from total hip replacement.

Relationships - Attracting "Those" Energies

Relationships - Attracting "Those" Energies

The four main categories of co-dependency issues are those individuals who are "controlling", "complying" with controlling behavior, "denial", and "low self-esteem" issues.

The result of becoming hurt or traumatized because of recurrent unhealthy behaviors from the family of origin or because of developmental, biological, genetically coded, environmental, or experiences is that we can attract certain "energies" to ourselves. Unfortunately, many of the individuals who we attact to ourselves have unaware or aware unhealthy behavioral patterns who may themselves be co-de-pen-dents.

So, by any chance, do you attact people to you who are overly, overwhelmingly "needy" or "lost", seemingly are "abandoned", are in clear mental or emotional states of "denial", in a life "transition", (just broke up with their partner), controlling, have "addictions", "rageful", "takers", bipolar, depressed, or anxious? These just may be co-de-pen-dent "energies". Are you identifying with any of the above mentioned? I definitely recommend Co-dependents Anonymous (twelve steps) to begin to address the above issues. I've been counseling clients on the above issues for many years. The issues are decieving/deceptive. If and when "it" just keeps bothering you I encourage you to take action with your will, willing (your intention) and willingness (your action) to effectively address the above issues.

Please check out my website at www.idaretoheal.com and purchase my books "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love", and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power", then check out my "animated laughter with feelings" video on youtube.com. "Animated Laughter with Feelings" is but one form of emotional release. After I recover from my major surgery, I'll be available for counseling on co-dependent issues.

Distractions

How decieving "distractions" can be away from self-realization. Sometimes, it seems there is so, so, many "things" that just distract us from our focusing upon our basic needs, our priorities, our self-enrichment and growth. Sometimes, I think it's a conspiracy the wide world seems just to perpetuate.

Sometimes, it's "the money" distraction. Let's all focus on "making money". "Making Money" is the most important an essential goal and focus in our lives. Sometimes, it's the "having". Let's buy this or we must "have" that. Sometimes, it's the new fad, "The I-Phone or the new computer program. Sometimes its the material wealth, a new home, a car. Sometimes, it's the sport or the sports authority. Sometimes, it's a belief or value system that we've learned or have been forced to learn willingly or unwillingly. What unhealthy patterns of behaviors are you distracted by, for example addictions, too much gambling, smoking, alcohol, co-dependencies?
Think, what are you distracted by? What have you accepted into your life or "sold on" as a distraction or distractions in your life. Do your distractions truely, in real terms have a value to you? Have you questioned your self on your distractions?

"I Dare to Heal" can help us address those unhealthy distractions that deplete us, impact us in unhealthy ways, hurt ourselves in our relationships. It's an "inside processing approach" with obtaining healthy support from others.

Please check out my website, www.idaretoheal.com, purchase my books, "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love" and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power", learn to process from within, youtube.com, write in "animated laughter with feelings".

The Talking Mesquito of Bassfield, Mississippi

The Talking Mesquito of Bassfield, Mississippi

My healing process from total hip replacement requires silly distractions. I met a neighbor as I walked with my walker in the cool night summer air of San Diego. She started talking about her scheduled visit to her family in Bassfield, Mississippi. She was looking forward to visiting with her family and commented on the mesquito bites she'll experience upon her summer visit to humid Bassfield.

I suggested that if and when she encountered Bassfield Mesquitos, just get them into a talking conversation so that their attention will be distracted from their nightly mission. My neighbor thought that it was quite funny to speak with mesquitos. I told her her if they begin talking then they just don't have time to focus their attention on biting anyone. Truely, it's a valid point.
I just asked her to imagine what a mequito would have to say. Perhaps, if they could talk they might just talk about the weather, their addiction to biting, or even their issues?

Zestful Emphasis!

Zestful Emphasis!

I write in my book, "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power" about the pyramid, the ten components of each and every self! They include, mental, emotional, spirit, spiritual, physical, social, heart, soul, intuitive, and creative. The key, the key component is the "emotional", the feelings, the intensity of feelings reflective of our emotions. I want to emphasis this component and will always, in all ways empahsis this component zestfully!

It's the component that humankind has learned to so well, so well, to suppress, repress, and so often, so well, keep in denial!

I'm moving through the healing process of a total hip replacement. When I can sleep, I usually awake in a puddle of sweat. It's no fun, tedious and part of my, my healing process. My spirit just gets down. So, what do I do? Well, it's time for my creation. I go to my video on youtube.com, "Animated Laughter with Feelings". I process, process, process, process the intensity of feelings" reflective of the emotions (the sadness) and raise my vibration. I feel better, much better.

The hormones stream into my blood stream, endorphines, opioids, dopamines, seratonin. I raise the vibration of my spirit. The tone of my spiritual connection with the one becomes sharper and empowered. My alertness, my awareness mentally, socially, intuitively improves. My body becomes more at rest. I feel better physically. My heart beats better, stronger and my soul, my soul becomes nourished.

It's the feelings! When you effectively/efficiently address the feelings reflective of your emotions then the above result occurs.

Discernment

Discernment?

The night of July 13th found me in severe pain with my left lower leg. Was it a blood clog. I had experienced blood clots previously with a total right knee replacement ten years ago. The back of my leg tightened up and I couldn't sleep. I phoned the nurse and left a message.

I feel asleep around 2:00am July 14th and awoke two or three times until the phone rang at 8:30 a.m. The nurse urged me to immediately visit the office as soon as possible. Shall I drive? I was unsure but felt strong enough to give it a go. I needed to use discernment? Is it still too early for me to drive? It's been only two weeks since I had major total hip replacement but I felt strong enough to drive. I could ask a neighbor. I'm sure they would be happy to assist me. I decided not to make the request but to drive to the phsycians office. I did so.

Fortunately, I had no problem and arrived at the Doc's office and was examined by the physicians assistant who determined I needed a dopplar test to determine whether or not I had developed a blood clot. While the test couldn't be performed before 1:00 p.m. So, I returned home and fell asleep.

I returned to the location where the test was to be performed and fortunately the technician found no sign of a blood clot. Certainly, I was relieved because If a clot was to be found then the medication of choice is the rat poison coumadin.

Recent studies have determined that the medication needs a genetic test to determine the correct dosage. There is an enzyme that metabolizes the medication. The genetic test is performed to determine whether the enzyme can correctly metabolize the correct dosage for the individual needing the medication.

Resiliency with Zest!

Resiliency with Zest!

Nurse "C" claims that my preferred provider organization (my insurance)doesn't cover any additional physical therapy, (walking 200 feet is sufficient) and my insurance covers only a health aid.

I arrived home July 3rd after the June 29th surgery. I've handled shopping, showering, cleaning, laundering, trash disposal, cooking, and blogging by way of resiliency with zest!
Fortunately, I live in a community where my neighbors have been wonderful. Asking and directing others while I'm addressing effectively the hip pain, (dull and acky), intermitten sweaty sleepless nights, has been a challenge. I've done as you all have read a great deal of processing intensity of feelings reflective of emotions, (pain) effectively/efficiently. The self-given compassionate love and spiritual power has aided me and my resiliency with zest! However, I am human. I sure would love to have a woman friend to support and who I can support through the trials of human life span.

I've experienced a very strong difference now because of my present experience in isolating my "soul" from my emotional body. What a unique sensation.

The Unwritten Agreement

The Unwritten Agreement

I received my Masters of Art, M.A., Psychology in June 2006 after completing the program. I wanted my Masters in Counseling but because of narrow inflexible thinking on the part of instructors and the chairperson my Counseling Masters was not to manifest itself into reality. The "denial", The "control" (fear based), by the pyschological community, "the unwritten agreement" of the "cognitive" approach to so-called mental health still over all these years is the routine. True, there are the schools of spiritual psychology and the schools of transpersonal psychology. However, unfortunately, I chose a fast path, an inflexible path, and a path that led to my instructors responding, reacting in an inflexible narrow intellectual result. I most certainly take responsibility for my choices and have released a good deal of my frustration over my story.

Fortunately, I've amassed a great deal of counseling experience. I started counseling others, including peer counseling in 1972. I've become an expert with co-dependency issues.

The unfortunate result of the prevailing thinking of the same old, same old psychological DSM-IV, (disease diagnostic manual) is that human beings are still impacted; they're hurt!
Alternative, methods that I write about and that I've created (animated laughter with feelings) are still unacceptable to those who "control". The "mindset" is the same. The cognitive therapy, the medications are still administered and the results are as well, the same old, the same old.
Once again, I call for proactive mindset change. Incorporate, manifestations of emotional release, "animated laughter with feelings" for those who have been diagnosed with PTSD! This is but one example.

Please check out and purchase my books at http://www.idaretoheal.com/. I'll be available for counseling on co-dependency issues in the month of August. Please check out my other website; http://www.healthplansinsandiego.com/. I've learned that a home health care as part of a Long Term Care Plan is essential. This is expecially true like myself when you are alone. Handling the ADL's, activities of daily living can be a major challenge.

Reliviing The Surgery

I just completed reliving the surgery using peer counseling. My counselor and I returned to the actually experience and relived it emotionally.

The lights, the movements, the table, "the feelings".

I released, relinquished, let go of, and transmitted a lot of fear through the manifestations of emotional release! The chattering, shaking, hot but mainly the cold icy feelings, the yawns. I relax into the feelings and allow, permit them just to come. I release them again, and again, and again. It's amazing how the feelings just begin to "naturally" flow from me. There is no effort involved. My peer counselor simply is there to encourage me to do it again, and again, and again. There is not inauthenticity, no holding back, no pattern of release. There is only a letting go and an anuthentic relaxation subsequent to the release.

At times, I need to use primal sound. The sound as with the feelings is authentic. I'm use to the sound just coming if and when it needs to come. I allow and permit myself to go there. There is no holding back, no resistance, just an allowing it, allowing myself to allow it to happen.

The session is approximately 45 minutes for both of us.

If and when the participants are authentic in their practices of peer counseling, it's a treasure.

Please check out my books, "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love", and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power", at my website, www.idaretoheal.com. Please buy them.

The Transfusion

The Transfusion

Surgeon Peter advised me that he needed one pint of my blood in the event of the necessity of a transfusion. There are many who have major surgery who do not, who do not, acquire a pint or more of their own blood.

Recently, at a meeting of mental health initiatives for military who suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD, (post traumatic stress disorder), a former Vietnam Veteran expressed his anger about his son-in-laws possible developing PTSD symptoms because of service in the military. The speaker rightly condemned the "mindset" of the military's psychiatric community, demanding that the mindset must change. Unfortunately, the psychiatric community are stuck in a rigid inflexible mindset that has led to the suicides of many former soldiers.

The speaker claimed that over 1800 soldiers have developed HIV issues because of blood transfusions.

Fortunately, I took the initiative an purchased my own blood donation, $325.00 which I needed because of my blood count.

In summary, it's important to have you own blood as a resource prior to major surgery.

Pastor "R"

Pastor “R”

I was visited by Pastor “R” while I was in the hospital after major surgery, left hip replacement. His visit was a positive experience for me. Pastor “R” was a tall young man, angelic in personality. It was easy just to express my thoughts and feelings with him. Our conversation was a consciousness raising experience for him and a sense of consolation for me.
I was very much with the pain of my major surgery and was using primal sound, manifestations of emotional release,(elongated yawn, animated laughter), reiki, meditation, to address the issue.

We spoke about how it’s important to share a major experience like a surgery with another person That, it was important to have someone who was “there” for you. However, Pastor “R” claimed that many people chose not to share there experiences because of a variety of reasons. Pastor “R” and I agreed that it was important to accept and respect where a person was at emotionally, there belief system, and practically. Is the will, willing, and willingness on the part of the person to be able to receive attention from another person?

I shared my four hour surgical experience with Pastor “R” and it was very helpful to do so.
Since Pastor “R” was of the Chrisitan Faith, I shared with him my thoughts on the significance of what I consider to be the significance of the spiritual letter “T”, and how when you dropped the top horizontal bar at the top of the “T” one third down, that the letter “T” became the spiritual symbol of the “cross”.

I discussed with him that the letter “T” stood for the spiritual words reflective of transition, transparency, transcendence, transmute, transmit, transact, truth, trials, and the trilogy.

Please check out my website at http://www.idaretoheal.com/, purchase my books, “I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love”, and “I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power”. I’m an expert with feelings and emotions, and will be available upon my rehabilitation the end of August to counsel on co-dependence issues, control, compliance, denial, and self-esteem issues.

The Surgery

The Surgery

It’s only a day and two nights since I returned from the hospital and now I can write about the experience of left hip replacement.
The actually left hip replacement surgery was three and half to four hours on June 29th. My understanding that the actually surgery would be one hour and a half. Well, there were complications.
I have complete confidence in both the Surgeon Peter, and the Anesthesiologist, John. The anesthesiologist and myself decided upon a local or regional anesthesia. Initially, there was an issue with the IV. It ended up taking two Doctors and three nurses to properly administer the IV. I was wheeled into the operating room. The operating room was updated and modernized. I worked many years ago as an orderly in the operating room but this room was quite modern.
The operating room table for example is a “special” table for “alternative” hip replacements. I’m glad I choose an “alternative” approach to hip replacement. I believe the name of the approach is “alterior”?
The local or regional anesthesia began to take effect. However, the anesthesia did’nt reach my left hip “in time” before Surgeon John made the incision. Instantaneously, I gave out a “primal scream”. The anesthesiologist gave me a so-called “cocktale” and I was out. The use of the primal sound was instrumental in the immediate administration of the “cocktale”. I was traumatized by the incision. I certainly felt it and have had flashbacks, PTSD symptoms.
Peter, the surgeon had much difficulty inserting the socket and the stem of the new artificial hip joint. I believe the initial one was inappropriate and a different one had to be used.
The banging woke me out of the anesthesia, and I visually observed Peter, the Surgeon with the hammar, and that was traumatizing as well.
Trauma can be experienced instantaneously. It can be embedded, ingrained, hard wired, deeply rooted dependent upon the circumstances and situation. I experienced it twice during the surgery.
Later, I shared it with the surgeon and the anesthesiologist. Fortunately, they were both supportive.
Subsequent to the surgery while I lie in the hospital, I processed effectively the intense “Feelings” of the above two traumatizing events. I had a peer co-counselor come to the room and I processed the feelings with him. Today, I’m processing them as well through primal sound, peer counseling, manifestations of emotional release, the elongated yawn, animated laughter with feelings, hot and cold sweats as it reflects the intensity of feelings reflective of the range of emotion from fear through terror, silent meditation, and reiki.
I started doing the necessary exercises required for hip replacement and used the primal sound, animated laughter, elongated yawning to connect with and release the tension in my body. The processing was significant in my maintaining an achoring in my body and staying in present time.
The issues I had with blood transfusion, low blood count, foli-catheter, dizziness, and turning white all began to dissipate as I processed my “feelings” effectively/efficiently, and in present time or as I felt the pain.
I’ve been managing and coping effectively with the ability to heal with compassionate love and spiritual power.
