"Animated Laughter with Feelings" class with be held at the Encinitas Community Center, located at 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive, Encinitas, CA. 92020.  The class will be sponsored by Grace Spiritual Center located at the same address.  The class will be held on Sunday, August 16th, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00p.m in room  120.  Please come at 1:30p.m. to register and sign in.  The class integrates circular breath, guided/silent meditations, sanskrit music, bio-energetic exercises, play, slapstick, two ten minute dynamic laughter sessions. The exercises are dynamic in nature.  Please bring your zest and enthusiasm, wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, blanket, or thin mattress to lie upon.  The fee for the class is $20.00.  It will be led by myself.  Please check out the video on youtube.com.  The book "I Dare to Heal with Laughter" describes the process.  The book is also available on iTunes and E-Kindle Amazon for $10.00.
