The Whole Being Weekend and Animated Laughter with Feelings

This past September, I participated in the annual Whole Being Weekend in California.  We were two hundred fifty people in the mountains celebrating spiritual life in a joyful fun way.  My class Animated Laughter with Feelings was very successful. I invite all to my book meet/greet/signing at the Mira Mesa Barnes & Noble Saturday, December 14th initial showing of "I Dare to Heal with Laughter".  It is a manual that describes the process of Animated Laughter with Feelings. The book took seven years ten months to craft. The Mira Mesa Barnes & Noble can be reached by exiting Mira Mesa Boulevard off of the I 15 freeway.  It is just west of the freeway.  The book meet/greet/signing will commence at 2:30p.m. and will continue until the store closes.  I will have my other two books, "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love" and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power" as well at the signing. I will be happy to answer any questions about the Laughter Process and answer questions about the other two books. All are welcome.

November 15th, 2013

I invite readers of my blog to Barnes & Noble Book Sellers on December 14th, 2013, Saturday from 2:30p.m. until the closing of the store for a book meet, greet, and signing of my third book "I Dare to Heal with Laughter".  Below is an excerpt of the book.  Please view the new book cover on Barnes & Noble.com,  Amazon.com or Librarything.com.

It is true that many of our experiences may cause us “to feel”
that we are more than challenged in our lives. In letting go of the
intensities of feelings that reflect our range of emotions in relation
to our experiences and outcomes (which may seem undesirable)
we can gain spiritual and emotional strength to transform undesirable
behaviors. In this way we learn to renew ourselves and keep
on keeping on with added enthusiasm. We maintain the memories
but discharge the painful emotions.

We learn to acquire necessary information for our well-being,
infuse energy from within, take charge and act on our own and
others’ behalf. We learn to follow through with purpose and follow
through with our given purpose in the most general sense and
focus on the mission in our lives. As a result our fears, frustrations,
disappointments, losses, all dissipate and we can experience
a myriad of accomplishments. The secret is to consistently practice
methods that resonate with ourselves that facilitate both transformation
and transcendence, and going beyond from within! Simply
said, we have learned to effectively feel our feelings.

Yet, another secret is to become aware and alert to our distractions
that cause us to direct our attention elsewhere instead of staying
focused upon our own issues. After all, it is our responsibility
to stay conscious of what is working for us and what is working
against us. It is possible in this way that we learn to never, ever give
up but to take joy on our journey and in our lives.

The gain is in our self-esteem and self-worth. It is a desirable
goal and it is in the nature of the human spirit! For example, I
think of the experiences of the American soldiers taken as prisoners
of war who express their personal and, more importantly, spiritual
growth while being held captive during the Vietnam era at the so-called
Hanoi Hilton, a North Vietnamese prison.
