The Whole Being Weekend and Animated Laughter with Feelings
This past September, I participated in the annual Whole Being Weekend in California. We were two hundred fifty people in the mountains celebrating spiritual life in a joyful fun way. My class Animated Laughter with Feelings was very successful. I invite all to my book meet/greet/signing at the Mira Mesa Barnes & Noble Saturday, December 14th initial showing of "I Dare to Heal with Laughter". It is a manual that describes the process of Animated Laughter with Feelings. The book took seven years ten months to craft. The Mira Mesa Barnes & Noble can be reached by exiting Mira Mesa Boulevard off of the I 15 freeway. It is just west of the freeway. The book meet/greet/signing will commence at 2:30p.m. and will continue until the store closes. I will have my other two books, "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love" and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power" as well at the signing. I will be happy to answer any questions about the Laughter Process and answer questions about the other two books. All are welcome.

It is true that many of our experiences may cause us “to feel”
that we are more than challenged in our lives. In letting go of the
intensities of feelings that reflect our range of emotions in relation
to our experiences and outcomes (which may seem undesirable)
we can gain spiritual and emotional strength to transform undesirable
behaviors. In this way we learn to renew ourselves and keep
on keeping on with added enthusiasm. We maintain the memories
but discharge the painful emotions.
We learn to acquire necessary information for our well-being,
infuse energy from within, take charge and act on our own and
others’ behalf. We learn to follow through with purpose and follow
through with our given purpose in the most general sense and
focus on the mission in our lives. As a result our fears, frustrations,
disappointments, losses, all dissipate and we can experience
a myriad of accomplishments. The secret is to consistently practice
methods that resonate with ourselves that facilitate both transformation
and transcendence, and going beyond from within! Simply
said, we have learned to effectively feel our feelings.
Yet, another secret is to become aware and alert to our distractions
that cause us to direct our attention elsewhere instead of staying
focused upon our own issues. After all, it is our responsibility
to stay conscious of what is working for us and what is working
against us. It is possible in this way that we learn to never, ever give
up but to take joy on our journey and in our lives.
The gain is in our self-esteem and self-worth. It is a desirable
goal and it is in the nature of the human spirit! For example, I
think of the experiences of the American soldiers taken as prisoners
of war who express their personal and, more importantly, spiritual
growth while being held captive during the Vietnam era at the so-called
Hanoi Hilton, a North Vietnamese prison.

When you access the Washington Post March/April 2012; you'll find fifty accomplishments by President Obama's watch. The sophisticated thinking that has been reflective of the Obama's Administration has been exemplary. It's a significant reason to have President Obama continue his administration for another four years.

Romney portrayed his true self on TV this past Tuesday evening. The real Romney showed himself as a go-getter, high energy, knock-em, sock-em, theatrical, run-em over, invalidate-em salesman, businessman, and politician. We want to thank you for finally showing up Governor Romney. The so-called conservative Romney was a poor portrait of someone Romney was just uncomfortable at playing. We all know that now.
It's time for President Obama to have the luster return to him. It's time for President Obama to take charge. No more invalidations or put downs. No more apologizing Mr. President. No more humbleness required. It's time for President Obama to stand up and be in charge! This coming Thursday evening Vice President Biden and Senator Paul Rayon will be debatting. The fight has just begun.

The President Obama and Governor Romney debate took place this week. Governor Romney was cheered on as the winner of the debate. However, Governor Romney lacked substance in his commentaries. Romney is excellent as a Salesperson, Businessman, and Governor. I would not have him as President of the United States. He proposes quick fixes for energy and I just don't think he would have had the courage to go after Bin Ladin. President Obama has accomplished a great deal in his Presidency but has received little recognition from the right. He is just not liked. The majority of the American People do like Obama. I vote for his reelection.
Gov. Romney is a greate Salesperson and debatter. However, President Obama is yet a greater and most accomplished leader in only three years. He has a long list of accomplishments. I suggest everyone look at this accomplishments if and when you have doubts. His accomplishments are very impressive. Lets vote for the man of substance, the man of detail, upon detail. If you look at his accomplishments listed in the Washington Post, March/April 2012; you'll find 50 of them. Let's vote for Obama everyone.
