Distractions

How decieving "distractions" can be away from self-realization. Sometimes, it seems there is so, so, many "things" that just distract us from our focusing upon our basic needs, our priorities, our self-enrichment and growth. Sometimes, I think it's a conspiracy the wide world seems just to perpetuate.

Sometimes, it's "the money" distraction. Let's all focus on "making money". "Making Money" is the most important an essential goal and focus in our lives. Sometimes, it's the "having". Let's buy this or we must "have" that. Sometimes, it's the new fad, "The I-Phone or the new computer program. Sometimes its the material wealth, a new home, a car. Sometimes, it's the sport or the sports authority. Sometimes, it's a belief or value system that we've learned or have been forced to learn willingly or unwillingly. What unhealthy patterns of behaviors are you distracted by, for example addictions, too much gambling, smoking, alcohol, co-dependencies?
Think, what are you distracted by? What have you accepted into your life or "sold on" as a distraction or distractions in your life. Do your distractions truely, in real terms have a value to you? Have you questioned your self on your distractions?

"I Dare to Heal" can help us address those unhealthy distractions that deplete us, impact us in unhealthy ways, hurt ourselves in our relationships. It's an "inside processing approach" with obtaining healthy support from others.

Please check out my website, www.idaretoheal.com, purchase my books, "I Dare to Heal with Compassionate Love" and "I Dare to Heal with Spiritual Power", learn to process from within, youtube.com, write in "animated laughter with feelings".
