Learning to Embrace the Manifestations of Emotional Release

Learning to Embrace the Manifestations of Emotional Release

The manifestations of Emotional Release include on-going yawning, e-longated yawn, tearing, sobbing, hot, cold sweats, shaking, teeth chattering, anger releases in verbal sound, body language, and use of towels, (as instruments to release our anger), animated laughter, and (it's under my skin) scratching. Why learn the manifestations of emotional release. We learn them because after, after, using them we not only feel better, we also clear out the emotion that gets in our way to think through a stressful, hurtful or traumatizing event that blocks our ability to think clearly and function in a healthier and more dynamic way.

I want to emphasis that a key to using the manifestations of emotional release is to allow and permit oneself to release, release, release enough of the pain energy. When we have released enough, then we can better think clearly.

There is a movement that must take place into, into this state of consciousness. We must have the will, the willing, and the willingess to shift into the use of the manifestations of emotional release. Basically, we must acquire "the safety" within to practice them. Peer Counseling is a vehicle or practice to learn and embrace the manifestations of emotionally release, http://www.rc.org/.
Once we have acquired the safety and have embraced the manifestations of emotional release, it's then the effective/efficient use of the release of our dissonant energies can take place. Our intimate loving relationships, and other relationships can improve.
